The sucking part I don't fully understand his motives,but it is a traditional Tibetan greeting to stick out ones tongue to make sure it isn't black, as of it is you are a very important reincarnated perso. Who is said to have a black tongue. The boy did ask to hug and kiss the Lama,so I don't know or pretend to know and don't defend the inappropriate nature of "Suck my tongue" I just know the sticking out of ones tongue is a sign of high greetings
