Assuming you are in the USA, there are only 10 states where the age of consent is 18 - FL, VA, TN, WI, ND, ID, OR, CA, UT and AZ. If you are in one of these states wait 2 months. In all other states the age of consent is 16 or 17.

if the age of consent is 16 or 17 in your state, make sure she knows that. because if it gets to a point where she gets pissed that you don't call her and she thinks you don't like her, she might go to management and tell them you've been making unwanted advances or some dumb shit. It happened to me (I lead her to believe I was gonna call her, but decided not to because I noticed she was trying to use game). They called the cops on me and everything but in the end, neither the cops nor management believed the dumb young bitch after I sat down and explained everything. But I still got banned from the gym for a week (pointless).
