alright this shit is getting serious,its going to be pretty long. near the start of my first year of high school,i was accused of rubbing my genitals on people by a few "girls" during a stop at the vending machine.

i was called in the principal's office,and he had asked me to explain my version of the story. i did,said that i did not do anything and he sent me away thinking it was the end of it. some time later,my parents were called in the office due to this exact accusation re-explaining the same thing. we defended ourseleves,but we were not able to know who these girls are and talk with them and their families. we went to the police to talk about this,they wrote down the claims we made and that was the end of it (it was not a full legal report")

now,it is important to know that i had quite a bit of absences made during the school year. about 40; due to this,the school kept sending treathening emails about this and then decided to email my parents to go in the office in less than 5 days,or else they would call the competente authorities. the meeting was to discuss the absences (by the way,the absences were ALL justified by my parents with valid reasons).

upon coming to the school,they told us to get out because the principal and vice couldn't talk to us. we got out,and that was the end of it again.

the emails continued,but nothing much happened until they made the poliice knock on my door. the cop said that they were sent to check up on me,because i was not going to school and could not be found. which is a complete lie,because before the cop came i did 2 full weeks of school without absences. 1 day before the cop came,we decided to stay home one single day because my father was going overseas for work. the cop was basically sent blind,and was very surprised once my mother explained the situation. the cop apologized and left.

now,this is the latest and worst part. i was accused of rubbing myself on the teacher by the teacher herself,in front of some of my near classmates. i instantly denied it,saying that i didn't do anything and that i did not know what he was talking about. i was also holding my diary in my hand,just a detail. my classmates did not seem to believe her,they didn't see anything but i still told them i didn't do anything. some started slighly laughing but they seemed to understand it was false.

now,i made the huge mistake of not calling my mother to tell her so we could talk to her instantly about this. i worked for a few hours,and my mother messaged me linking another email they sent: they wanted to urgently meet my mom again about my "behavior." i got pulled out a few minutes early,and we went to talk to the vice-principal (the principal was not there at the time).

he initially didn't want to talk to us,he said we needed to set up an appointment with the principal. we stayed and my mom basically destroyed him with all this stuff,she was mad but didn't really scream. he said that they had proof,but the "proof" was literally just some "teacher's words." we don't have cameras inside the school,only outside the gate to get out. there is no proof,only our word against theirs. note that we also recorded the conversation,because duh its evidence.

so now we went to the cops,but instead of just talking we are probably going to straight report them which will probably start an investigation and after that who knows. hell it may end up in a lawsuit,which is icky because battling against institutions doesn't usually end well. we are waiting for the cop to call us in a few days so we can finalize this.

now,reddit,im worried and stressed. i have no idea what to do,what will happen or if some unintended stuff happens and we end up getting fucked over. i need some advice and support,this shit is getting too far
