My lawyer is good but keeps going on vacation. He advised me to take the financial counter-offer that came from my STBXW’s lawyer, and I will accept it, but my lawyer went on vacation for the rest of the week so STBXW’s lawyer won’t hear that for a few days. I want to keep this thing moving; would it be bad to just email my STBXW’s lawyer and say “I will accept that deal?”
