You are a rock. Until you learn enough to control your emotions you'll just have to fake it. You are a rock. No matter what happens in the inside, from the outside you look strong and unbreakable. Learn to be stoic, like everything in TRP, it'll help for far more than getting women naked.

Crying is an emotional outlet, meaning you don't know how to deal with the current emotions that are overwhelming you, so you let them out through tears.

There's no shame in crying, though there is shame in reasoning behind it. If you're a solid, high value man and a dog you've owned and loved for a decade dies- no one will devalue you if you cry. Some here might say that "by crying in front of a woman you're showing your weak spots" the fuck is she going to do? Kill more people/pets you love?

Now, if you're crying over a girl breaking up with you it shows lack of frame, confidence and value. And if a female sees this she will think less of you.

Actually crying in public like a funeral is sometimes very impressive, for example, a conservative politican crying for his died mother and so on. Just a note.
