Minoxidil is really the only chemical that might help you. Genetics are 80% of your beard growth. Also you’re 18 so really don’t do anything. Most guys won’t have solid beard growth until early 20’s

Let your body grow the damn beard.

Once you do, it will get itchy. I recommend a good beard oil. I use Badger beard oil i get from Wholefoods.

Exogenous testosterone. I am not necessarily recommending this, but it will help a man grow a beard.

Buddy. I was in your exact shoes around 1 year ago now. Pure baby beta face. MINOXIDIL is the answer my guy. I now have a lined up beard (however my father has a full beard as well, so if you dont genetically have hair on your face or hair that will grow in time, you may not see gains) and I have fucked exponentially more women, its crazy how lookism is so real 🤣. But yeah, i put my baby face roomate onto minoxidil at the beginning of our college school year and now hes on my level, the mother fucker acts like i didnt put him on though smh haha. But yeah, minoxidil is the answer if you want to have a beard within 6 months and be able to line that shit up and have bitches drooling.

Edit: i just happen to look better with a beard, some look better without, i am not one of them, just sharing MY experience, my pal is receiving all the same attention i did when i first got my beard as well.
