When it comes to law neglecting women commiting offensive such as these, to me it seems like the source comes from men from an older generation who believe women aren't capable of causing harm.

Such as how a young boy and a female teacher having intercourse is brushed off as if the power dynamic is equal because the minor is a male. To me that culture has come off as toxic masculinity and misogyny simultaneously. It's really sad to me, I still tend to prioritize on the misandry since it's such a niche thing, especially when it comes to law.

This might be a silly question. But what happens when a woman harasses a women?

How is that viewed?

I'm uk, and I feel our mainstream media is "ok" on these topics. Women and men alike will be in the news - whether vicitim or perpetrator. It seems pretty widely accepted that anyone can be a either.

Some disparities- where a women is accused of stalking, she's a "crazy obsessed ex". When it's a man, it's doesn't get the same negativity, instead theyre a "jilted lover" or something.

But.. female murderers get more empathy.

So not "perfect", but what is

The women in the Philippines don't harass men unless they're bar girls. They tend to be a bit shy unless they're from the states. I'm sure it happens now and then, but as the exception, not the rule. Of course, I've only visited once, but that was my general consensus.
