I spent way too long sifting through this piece of verbal diarrhea, trying to find anything resembling a coherent argument and mostly finding delusion stacked on top of impossible-to-meet demands.

But before that, here's an unintentional nugget from early on:

women are people. They are complex beings like everybody else

Who's "everybody else" in this sentence? It'd have to be men, but she apparently cannot bring herself to write that men are human beings...her seeming inability to adress...well...things along with her terrible misrepresentations of the male experience quickly become a running theme.

So here's what I'll charitably call her main thesis:

To transcend the idea that women are weak we absolutely need to forget about it entirely and stop fucking talking about it. We have to realize it’s a lie and act like it, and that since it is a lie, then there is no need to even discuss the damn thing and start our storytelling from a completely different point. If women are strong, then why the hell do we feel the need to constantly reaffirm it?

So yeah, basically "Make women look strong but don't you dare making them look strong!!"

There's more insanity to be found; like her assertion that being a slave is an empowered position, that every James Bond movie is solely focused on his self-image and that actually portraying the superpowers of a superhero in a superhero movie is somehow wrong and the usual complaint about attractive actresses being cast in movies, no mention of attractive male actors ofc.

Does she want female characters to embody some sort of mental strength/strength of character rather than physical strength? I have no idea, since she refuses make that clear, although this sentence here

Her scenes of strength are not about strength at all but are about proving that she is not weak, and that’s often why we see so many scenes that are more and more extravagant in their displays of strength, because they are all about proving something rather than actually showing, being and embodying something.

makes me suspect so, but in the end just I'm left to guess as to what exactly she actually wants
