Good evening fellas, I have a quick question. I was just sent an email from my lawyers paralegal that a motion to set non-jury trial was scheduled in late August. Now we have not done mediation which was scheduled for early August. I am wondering why would there be a motion to set non-jury trial. My lawyer is out of the office till Monday, so contact is useless right now. Just want to get y’all’s opinions.
