Yesterday I had a zoom hearing on a motion the STBXW lawyer filed due to 3 small paragraphs in the custody evaluators 80+ page custody evaluation. (Note* custody evaluator recommended 50% joint custody on a 2-2-5-5 schedule) Judge read the paragraph how I exhibited bazaar behavior (because I was kicked out of my home with a false police report) that I was on meds for anxiety and depression. Judge basically was like “okay” where in the other 80+ page report does it mention he’s and addict or need a drug evaluation? Her lawyer stumped over her words and said nowhere just those 3 paragraphs. Judge then takes the tone “Are you serious?” Judge then says who’s gonna pay for it? STBXW lawyer said “me” of course as my lawyer stated my wife makes $100k+ a year and I’m basically a little over half that. Before the hearing the ex stated that she wasn’t going to pay a dime for my evaluation. Judge instantly said split it. So now I gotta take a drug evaluation which I’m totally not worried about.

Hours later I get a message from her telling me that the kids will be dropped off at “her home” due to the end of my visitation. I give her the 👌 symbol and that’s it. She then tells me she did not receive back a Marshall plush toy (worth about $8 on Amazon)that she gave our son on June 6. I replied with I dropped it off at the daycare. She then goes on a rant about me not returning her property in a timely fashion and that she is going to document this for the court. Again I give her the 👌symbol and left it at that. I also discovered that my STBXW did not give her retirement account info during the change of info for the lawyers. That info pertains to $300k in her retirement and stocks.
