Did you know that people can describe someone as being "confident" before that person ever says anything? First impressions matter...are you fit, well-groomed, well-dressed, and carry yourself positively?

Walk with purpose, but with a long slow stride as if what you're about to do can't start without you. You give no fucks about what the people around you are trying to do.

Make eye contact with women, give a little smile when they look away. You give no fucks about being thought of as creepy.

Confidence is the certainty that you know what you are doing. Confident people do things with certainty of their successful outcome. RSDTyler seems real confident to me.

Speak with purpose when you speak, don't ramble or speak too fast or mutter and finish all your sentences. Be well turned out, don't look sloppy. Hold your head level and don't slouch. Crack jokes. Talk to randoms about the random. Don't say sorry unless you absolutely have to, even then "I apologise"is better. Don't take shit from people if they overstep your boundaries. Quite a bit of this will happen automatically as you start lifting heavier weights, creating a positive feedback loop.
