"The weapon used in the crime is a stick which was lying in the house, and which, by no means, can be called a deadly weapon,” the Supreme Court said as it deemed the crime a “non-intentional homicide”. The Supreme Court bench of Justices also noted that the woman may have been provoked to attack her husband as it happened during a quarrel between the duo."
She murdered her Husband for refusing to give a mere amount of 500 Rupees (6.05$).
