I have posted here before. My DIL did not show in court for the second time in the last month. My son is trying to get more time with his 10 yo and 2 yo daughters. Each time, the judge wasn’t ready to make anything permanent so a third hearing has been set. I can’t help but think if the roles were reversed and my son didn’t show up he would automatically forfeit his rights to see the girls. The good news is that the judge is giving my son two solid weeks with the girls before school starts.

I am baffled why DIL hasn’t showed up. She was served each time. What is her game?
