Testosterone crisis (Important)

There isn't a lot of media around this subject but this is very concerning. Men are experiencing a huge decrease in their testosterone.

Most people will not even realize this is something bad, because the media did an amazing job in associating this hormone to violence and agression.

I'm sorry to say, but this hormone is not only about agression. Is also about masculinity, happiness, mental health and so much more. This hormone is what makes men, well, men.

Is also what makes women happier, confident and so much more. We can pretend we're not animals, but deep down, hormones still can change our whole perspective.

We don't have control over our own head as much as people would like to think. We've seen suicide rates increasing, insecure and weak men rising from the shadows, people changing genders and becoming too liberal, more divorces happenning, more depression, anxiety, and every single other disease out there. You think this is a coincidence? I garantee you, it's not.

We're so comfortable in our own homes. We're so comfortable with the lies from the media.

That we're literally losing our masculinity. Our sense of being. Thankfully, it doesn't end here. This is not a consequence of a disease or an evolution. This is a consequence of our own actions and we can in fact, fight it.

With some exceptions of course, some people do need to go into testosterone therapy. But before you try any treatment.
