I’m exhausted by the negative experiences I’ve had with women throughout my life. I’m now 33 and ever since high school women have been competitive, ostracised me from groups, gossiped behind my back, sabotaged me and just generally bullied me. Since then some have even reached out to apologise. I wouldn’t say I’m exceptionally beautiful or talented but I do get attention from men and take pride in my appearance. I am very active (running and Pilates) and creative.
I really try and be a good friend to other women. I like to support and be kind, going out of my way to make other women feel at ease around me. Most recently a friend who I saw like a sister turned on me (went after a man I was interested in and confided in her for months about) and it has really affected my confidence. At work my line manager micromanaged the hell out of me and I recently quit because I couldn’t take it anymore. I used to catch her staring at me especially when we had work events and we were dressed up. I found out my entire team signed my leaving card for me (around 20 people) and she didn’t pass the card on to me. I genuinely crave better women in my life and women that don’t turn on me or compete.
