Be cordial, and if you're lucky and have a fine piece on your arm introduce her too. Give her a nice little slap on the ass when you walk away with her.

Don't ignore them, that's butthurt. Don't seek them out either, though. Just be normal like nothing happened. Shouldn't be too hard, because if you feel butthurt about it, you lack abundance mentality.

Actual snubbing makes you look butthurt, and that's a sign of weakness.

I make eye contact, smile, and go on about my business. I treat them like I dude I don't know really well, or a woman married to a friend: somebody I want to think I'm ok, but to not think I'm sexually interested in them.
