Women will stop compromising. They want a good looking man who is also a decent, exciting and intelligent human being. Marrying a betabux is like being served cold oatmeal at an Admiral's feast. A dude who's not tall and good looking will pretty much be the same thing. Women marry these short and ugly looking dudes but they don't desire or love them. Eventually it ends in a dead bedroom, cheating or divorce. Women will get wise to this cycle and decide enough is enough. They want a man to have it all and when it settles in their heads that such perfect men are super rare, women will go one of two ways:

one, just not bothering with heterosexual relationships at all because #menaretrash or whatever; or

two, she will choose either a great personality/character/compatibility or good male aesthetics when she, like 90% of women, cannot get both in one man. She'll choose looks for the sexual thrill and get tired of his shit personality, or choose personality/etc. and get sick of looking at his ass. Either way this group will be in the market for a 7 year marriage. Once she gets tired of dealing with or looking at him, she has an out in 7 years. No fuss, the contract is over, she's free to walk with no stigma.

7 year marriages will be a great solution for women who realize that 90% of them can't have the perfect man and who at least want to lock down a partner.

Assuming, by then, any men are left who want to even bother with relationships. (That percentage is in freefall, except for the incel clown makeup-hoarders who want to whatever-maxx their way to a relationship.)
