Especially true on Reddit. If you're not a sub 5 you'll get flooded with comments on rating subs telling you that you look like a Chad.

You friends and family will lie to you as well because they want to spare your feelings. Guys ask their female friends and other females they know and they get told they're attractive.

Even blackpill raters are kinda guilty of this. They don't straight up lie but they mislead men by rating them through the autistic ass male gaze that overanalyzes facial ratios and all that BS. A lot of guys are running around saying "Wheat waffles rated me an 8 and I still struggle."

Guys go through all this only to barely get any likes on Tinder, get flaked on, get foodie called, and go to clubs and not have a single woman look their way.

Some guys experience this and erroneously conclude "It must be my pesonality bro" when that doesn't explain how other guys can post the most basic bathroom selfie on Tinder and still get 50x the likes.

It's pretty unfortunate.
