They don't seem to get it that we're a woman's whim away from having our life ruined. Sure, when women are around men, there's always the implication of danger. But at least there are laws against sexual assault. When it comes to false accusations, there is no deterrent whatsoever! If anything, it's encouraged! Why would we trust them after hearing so many horror stories from so many different men?

Yes. Well a woman fearing being raped by a man is also “more scared by a hypothetical than reality” by that logic. I somehow don’t think the TwoX crowd would get it though.

I saw that thread. If I recall it was about some man saying men need body cameras for proof of consent but OP said women should wear one because of the threat of violence.

Better safe than sorry but what could be described as irrational fear is ruining the mental health of young people. That and living lifestyles that trigger all their weak spots.

Sure, some guys are, but the whole getting accused of rape after the fact problem can be completely avoided by building proper relationships and choosing not to have sex until a firm commitment is present and adult conversations have been had about the signs for consent, what happens if there is VD, what happens if there is a baby, and what happens if a breakup happens. It's also important to know that the conversations were had in good faith, which can be determined by looking at the lifestyle of the woman in question, and getting to know her family and friends (and ensuring she gets to know YOUR family and friends).

They don't need the court to ruin a man's life. Also, women are far more likely to be attacked by the men they know and choose to hang out with than a stranger. Criminals also know that consequences are more severe if they target women over men.
