The ex is wanting to change the temporary custody order days before we have mediation. I've been asked by my lawyer to respond to her affidavit. She claims to be a great mother, but she only ever was mediocre at best. The only negative thing about me in her affidavit is a claim that I don't give her time with the kids. She has only asked once though. And the one time she asked she got more time. During the last several months with this temporary custody order in place, she has only appeared to use her time less than 70% of the time. And she wants more time with this motion to change the temporary custody order. Yet this is just days before we could settle the divorce in mediation??

How should I respond to her affidavit? She is claiming love and other self serving statements she never gave the kids.
