It's been six months since our first divorce decree was finished a 50/50 up and down in and out. She has used less than 20% of the time allotted to her. And in the lat month only one night with the kids. She left her apartment and her job and claims to be relocating three hours away to get a job for a season. But she has been back too often already if she truly started a new job three hours away.

She might be living with her "friends" here, there and wherever she's allowed until she realizes that's only going to last for so long until she stabilizes herself somehow, somewhere with someone...

So, she now has less than 21 days to respond to it which says that she will only have 10 hours of visitation once a week on a Saturday one week and then Sunday the following, and repeated. That is if we cannot agree to something else.

I'll have 100% custody and potentially $300 a month if she chooses to assist her children. I doubt it because when she got food stamps from the government she came to me arguing how I should pay her half the price of the groceries she gets with her food stamps so she can make money through fraud. I asked if she could just use it and bring the food for the kids...no response and never any food brought over for the kids. So Ive been in contact with the government and she'll no longer have that help soon.
