These are my notes about what my ex wants. Also, since the judge signed our divorce papers, she has only accepted 40% of her parental child custody rights.

-She wants flexibility in where she lives.

-She wants full custody of our youngest, and no custody of the older two children.

-She wants to live in a van or in a tent with the youngest

-She does not want to settle because it won't give her new experiences

-She does not like living where we got divorced

-She views that No one cares about her single mom struggles, and most men here don't care about women properly

-She was suicidal today and called me because she can't handle herself or figure out things

-She wants to spend more time with me (I don't want that)

-She has had sex with multiple men already since our separation 14 months ago, she told me this, I didn't ask.

-She views women as deserving more help from society

-She doesn't have the resources to pay for rent

-She asked me for $1000 in money which I declined

-She wants to spend more time with me where I live in my home with the kids (I told her no)

-She wants to have a passion for her work and can't handle just working

-She wants to work on farms doing woof to travel and experience things

-She doesn't want to lose her motherhood though

-She is reassured by me that I'm not doing anything to separate the kids from her emotionally

-Apparently she had a BDSM experience at her work that triggered her (at that time she worked in a service industry)

-She told me that she does micro dosing of mushrooms as a mental health helper

-Her mental health has been all over the place since she left me

-Her apartment is almost always filthy

Bigger Picture:

She only wants a 24 hour period with the kids once a week. But doesn't want me to get out divorce papers changed...

This summer she will take a two or three week trip by herself

No desire to live here during winter maybe in a car somewhere else...

She asked me what would visitation look like if she was to be visiting me if she chose to be homeless...?

If she relocates she claims to want Phone calls/face time with kids three times a week one hour each call, or depending on how great the circumstances are, for the kids to be with her in the summer if she moves to a far away state

She wants to be Celebrating Holidays together or birthday parties together where I live

She wants to be outside a lot and cannot stand normal life and the demands of work but wants me to work with her so she can still have a relationship with the kids. She suggested giving me 70% legal custody while she keeps 30% because she still wants to have a say in how they are raised
