The fraud isn't on the rise. It's just that with DNA tests, we can now learn how widespread it is.

Its not rising.

Whats rising is men finding out the truth by DNA tests.

Its always been a thing. A newspaper some years ago even states that Paternity testing is bad cause it takes away Women's right to thumb their noses at the Patriarchy by hiding the true parentage of their kids and who they choose to father said kids even if this means hiding it from their husbands.
