This is pretty general. What's your background? what are you asking for? Are you a guy and want an over view? Did you learn about this sub in a women's studies group? How did you get here and what are you trying to understand?

It's a little hard to draw lines about a group of people there are some generalities. are you looking for the spectrum of answers or the stereotype answer?

I see you've been given links, but to summarize, I'd say traditionalism. If it's just you, dressing and acting in a feminine style, cultivating feminine hobbies. If you're dating, letting him lead, letting him pay (debatably), prioritizing masculine traits like ambition, competition, and confidence. In a marriage, perhaps you stay home or work fewer hours to care for children. These vary from couple to couple, though. Plenty of women here have masculine hobbies or careers they prioritize as well. There are no had and fast rules.

For me it means letting my man lead, when it comes to big big decisions he has the final say because I trust him to carry the weight of those decisions.

I take on a traditionally feminine role in the relationship, I dress femininely, homemaker when I'm not working (I'm a sailor by trade so I have a masculine career), etc. and I do all of these things because I absolutely adore the feminine space he allows me to create for myself while giving him the satisfaction he's looking for by existing in a traditionally masculine role. It just works for us both.
