Based on my observation: Yeah, most girls don't. Especially women in their 20s.
In their 30s they start to become more open to dating someone yougner, because the available dating pool is shirnking (more men their age are married/committed).

It could be the case with her. There are a lot of variables in play. I knew some women that would strike up convo's with dude's for free drinks.
