Yes she’s playing games Don’t chase her. I would have called her out if she sounded mad and set her straight that I have a life and I just met her.

I think that she is just being manipulative. I would not recommend contacting her, or trying to make up to her. You did nothing wrong and it is not your fault that you were busy. I would say that if she does not respect your time now, she most likely won't even when you will be dating. If she gets mad again, I would say that you let her be mad. If someone really likes you, they will understand that everyone can be busy sometimes :)
