Ask her out? I'm assuming you're a girl or I would hope you were if you think she's gay.

If you're a dude, still ask. If she's gay, don't pursue. You will definitely not be the one to "turn her", that's not how this works.

If you're a girl, again, just ask her. You don't need to know if she's single before hand, if she has a partner she will say so. Trust me women get a lot more leniency when it comes to this stuff because you aren't perceived as dangerous.

You get the same treatment as men.

Leave the girl alone, she's working at a store and her job is to be nice to customers.

You wanting to ask her out will only make her creeped out and uncomfortable working there.

If you want a date then go on the dating apps, bars or clubs.

do you two chat often when you go the coffee shop? of course there’s always the option to directly ask ‘are you into girls’ and then ask her out if she says yes but that’s pretty intimidating. if you see her regularly, try not to feel a sense of urgency over it because then you’ll end up panicking and overthinking it, just try striking up a natural conversation with her and get a feel for whether there’s chemistry between you both :) and good luck!!
