You’re probably trying to figure out a way to not get rejected.

You’re going to get rejected a lot. The sooner you accept it, the sooner you’re going to get laid. The more you get rejected and have success, your confidence will grow. You’ll stop second guessing yourself.

Confidence is the most important non-verbal. You can’t find it in a book. It’s going through action.
