You get them to be responsive, not by collecting their snapchat or numbers, but by directly escalating things physically (kiss and same day lay) when you were talking with them.

That gets them invested, whereas if you just ask for a number you are one of the dozens of guys they gave their number to that night.

College game is run solely on status and image more than anything else, especially if you are in a college town. If you transferred, you likely won't get a bid for a top tier fraternity that throws all the big parties (especially if you are an upperclassman). Instead, I would focus on trying to get a job at a college bar and getting involved in that nightlife scene as much as possible. You will run into the same girls again and again over the semester and some will be down to be with you.

We all have had that happen. You just got there. Their will be other people their and you can't control that. Find your niche in a new area.
