Just look up any self-improvement books/blogs/sites online and you're good. You can skip the pickup part since you don't need that shit anymore once you've improved yourself.

Look, that's not my point. Obviously most of them are bullshitting, esp. with the "models I laid" BS they keep telling.
But, their self-improvement writeup usually works. Self-improvement as in not getting stuck in a rut and not "go and do the same stuff I've been doing, get a 6-pack, big guns, 10k followers, etc."
Seems like we're not reading the same stuff, I wouldn't classify those as self-improvement.
