Ok, so when you say it like that, it sounds SUPER easy right? But there are like several variables that make it a bit difficult for me. So the our Wednesdays are one big dnd dungeon, us three DMs run a HUGE map and three different parties are in this dungeon and keep in mind, I am not the guy who initiated this 3 party wide dungeon, I just said "hey, saw you guys have a huge table and it looks really hard to manage with just 2 dungeon masters let me get in there so that way you 2 don't have a friggen aneurysm from all the extra planning you have to do because it's impossible to be playing with 9 people a table". So, in my opinion it would he weird if a DM who you have little to no interaction with suddenly popped up to you and started talking your face off. Also, I just started running a game at this place three weeks ago, so I'm sure that it would still be weird if this guy who you've only seen three different times, start flirting with you. I don't know about you dude, but considering all that, it's pretty hard to just go up and just "talk"

Stop being a pussy. You have a shared interest and are in the same little community. Stop being a pussy.

do the games usually end at the same time? if so, i would try to be sociable afterwards (or beforehand if you can postpone your game) and get a group conversation going right before everyone leaves. if you can get that to become a thing, you could initiate one on one convos after a couple weeks.

Since you already talked to the other dungeon masters I would casually make convo with them until you are comfortable with greeting his group of players. By that time you can start asking them questions about their campaign and characters and even tell them the reason your asking is get ideas for your campaign. Also bro don’t worry about seeming “weird” just for talking to people. What would be “weird” tho is continuing to flirt when there is clear signs she isn’t interested. But go for it man try to set a goal an at least talk to the other group once next time your out. Trust me people love to talk when the mood is right and especially when all you guys share an interest. Finally (a different approach) u can walk up to her when she is not in the middle of playing or with her group an casually start an convo an lead it from there. You can ask her what got her into dnd. (You don’t even have to get her number jus ask her if she’s coming next week)

Seriously? What's your perception of me? I'm some fat neckbeard wearing a wristbrace, thick glasses, sitting in his mom's basement? I saw what kind of things you post on reddit and honestly I'm not surprised that you would even comment this you piece of human trash. I genuinely hope that you cannot have children so that way you can't spread your toxicity to the next generation

I mean you wrote "DND" and "ladies" in the same post. What am I to assume? If you think I'm gonna make fun of you, you are right.

I haven't tried to pickup at game stores, and have no idea what DND night is, but it does sound like a some kind of community activity.
So, you can apply the same tactics as you would do in any other community. There is always some commonality which gathers communities. So you can start conversation about it with them.
You can start talking before activity or after activity.
"Hey. How do you like it here?"
"Hey. Did you enjoy the game?"
"Hey. I have seen you before. Do you come often?"
