I believe that flirting is a form of play for adults, and flirting should be more focused on "fun" than rather just getting into someone's pants, or getting as many numbers as possible. (Though that does feel pretty good.) No one can tell you how you flirt, in the same way that no one can tell you how to have fun, or give you an optimal strategy to play pretend. Your sense of fun and flirting is unique to you.
For example, I prefer to flirt very overtly. When I like you, you'll know it. I ham it up pretty hard, and use a lot of body language and goofy compliments. I try my best to endear people to me. It works... okay-ish. But most of all, it's fun, and works for me. God knows, it won't work for everyone, and I even find myself schlocky and insufferable sometimes.
It will be difficult for anyone to give you hard facts, because this is a non-answerable question, really. We could give you some lame strategies, tell you to buy her flowers, or act like some gigachad moron, but that will almost always feel stilted in your head, because it isn't you. You gotta develop your own way of flirting.

Flirting is simply an attitude, how you talk and how you look at the girl is as simple as that. If you got the vibe right the words usually come naturally

Search for "flirting" on your favourite bookstore.
I recommend the "The Flirting Bible".
But any book written by a woman will do.

I would recommend to start by calling us womenπ€£. Someone saying females instantly makes them infinitely more unattractive.
But seriously, just show interest in them, both in terms of personality & physically. Specifics are out there on infinite websites, just make sure you ignore the ones that tell you to make people feel bad about themselves.

Iβm a woman and I call us females all the time, maybe itβs because I have a lot of brothers? I never took it offensive, and never realized you females have a problem with it . π€£

I don't necessarily have a problem with it, it just makes people super unattractive to me. Probably because using male & female as a descriptor (is that a word?) reminds me of dogs π€·πΎββοΈ
This of course doesn't have to be true for everyone, but where I'm from it's usually not used to describe people, just animals.

It might be a west coast thing we say females not in a derogatory way just describing gender
Sorry but that's the way I speak. I call us males as well. NP

Start by not calling them females and outing yourself as an incel.

Just watch a romantic movie, a lot of free material there. Just emulate the lead guy.

Reading Models by Mark Manson really helped me define and understand what flirting is. I would definitely recommend giving it a read.
