If they come to you it's pretty much open goal and easy to score, but you rely on them already being interested enough to approach. You'll have a lower success %, but way higher total number of successes if you approach. Shows confidence and gives you a chance to get the ones already interested but not enough to approach themselves as well as plant a seed of interest in those that were indifferent
