In my experience the guy will do a majority of the chasing it’s just the how the game plays out. What I’ve noticed is the girl usually starts chasing you after you’ve had sex or when you REALLY hit it off. When things “click” as they say. It is exhausting and I agree with you, but there’s nothing you can really do about it. The hotter the girl the more men she has available to her. She gets to basically pick and choose. If you want to understand how that feels, just kiss an average chick after a date. Like a 5 or below, you’ll notice how fast they’ll begin texting you afterwards. You’ll feel the “neediness/desperation” through the text. The less attraction you have towards them, the stronger this will feel. Even if they’re just saying hi

It starts with a mindset and vibe change. This is not a technique, although there are concrete things you can do to start on this journey.
I would say the #1 thing is to sit down and figure out your "value". What you bring to the table. Seriously, most guys have zero idea what they bring to the table and because they devalue themselves, they end up chasing. They believe they need the woman more than the woman needs them, and whoever needs less has all the power.
So what do you bring to the table? Well, you are born a man. It means you are stronger and more focused. You have more testosterone than a woman. This means that you can offer safety and protection. This is big.
You can offer attention and validation. You can offer sex. If you have money, you can offer great experiences being with you. If you have a cool and fun lifestyle, you can also offer that.
So figure out all that you have to offer. This is your value in the dating world. Now what do you do with all this value?
Well, the number #1 mistake guys make in my opinion is that they throw all their value away too soon. They give way too much attention, way too much emotional investment, offer a protection and validation freely upfront without anything in exchange. When women sense that, they realize you are not hard to get and therefore you can't be worth much. It's just human nature and especially how women work.
So you need to start holding on to your value longer. You need to withhold your emotional investment, attention and validation more. Not in some weird cruel way, but more in a "What am I getting in exchange for the value that I offer?" What is she doing to earn my affection? For most guys a woman has to merely exist for him to start throwing value at her completely devaluing anything he has to offer.
So you need to be much more judicious about giving value and only doing so after a woman has earned it by being nice and attentive to you, giving you signals etc. In other words, you have to wait for a woman to try and impress you as opposed to you always trying to impress women to get something out of them.

You need to stop hitting on women that are below 8. Hit on women who are 9 and 10 and hit on them hard like theres no tomorrow. Thank me later.
