She’s at work, working and a part of her job is being nice to the customers.
So from what I read I don’t see any clear signs that she is interested.
But if you want to shoot your shot just do it.

If the problem happens again you could go with something sarcastic like, “I’m kind of an outlaw ya know. I once ate thanksgiving dinner with a fork in my right hand and a spoon in the other. You might want to watch for somebody like me, it can get rough.”
Hopefully she laughs and you can introduce yourself.
