You are overthinking this. Just follow your sexual drive (either date women you find attractive or stop wanking). Once she is ok with your company start holding hands, jokingly push her away (horseplay), give her hugs, look at her a bit too long. Just escalate, faster, slower but reach for what you desire. Doesn't have to be pretty or perfect as long as it's not making her too uncomfortable (she will show/tell you).
