I notice I do this when I’m not with anyone I know, so it probably won’t help trying to pull in daygame in the U.K..

I do notice women looking at me, now that I’m not such a twig (although I still am slim), I’ve been noticing more looks even in the gym, but a. If they are further away I don’t know if they’re looking at me or not because of my eyesight test coming back at 0.5, so it’s alright but indoors with artificial lighting it’s meh and b. All this me too bullshit probably instilled some form of ‘avoidance’ in me, especially in the gym.

You either have people saying “yeah go and approach in the gym just do it lightly” or “no don’t approach”, which is fair, but at the same time a lot of people (who I’ll refrain from name calling) will try to shame men for just functioning and having the desire to use the opportunity (I.e. girl at gym could be interested or you want to see what she’s about) to actually potentially make their life better and once again, just function like we should and used to.

Any advice?
