There are lists on the internet about this but you don't have to do every single item, you're free to pick and choose because at the end of the day it is about enhancing your enjoyment of sex/relationship dynamics and you're probably not gonna enjoy everything you see on one of those lists.
If a girl insists that you have to be all of it then she doesn't really know BDSM. Professional BDSM sex workers will basically tell you the same thing I'm telling you.
