Always with a kiss. If you take them back to your place and they hit you with LMR, back off and try again after making out for a while. If they say no again, leave it at that. In my experience, about 50% of girls will sleep with you on the first date. The other 50% think that doing that makes them a slut, so they'll wait until the 2nd or 3rd. I've never gone past the 2nd date without having sex though. If it doesn't happen on the first date, it's not a big deal... act like a gentleman and walk them out to their car/wait for an uber with them. Then go for it on the 2nd date.
