Confidence comes from competence. You can't fake it. Dude focus on the gym get your body right. Work on your career and get your money right. Woman come correct after you have become someone. If you must you can hire a hooker and get it done. Woman attention only cost money after all cards are down.

It’s not too late. Have patience. Build yourself up. You unfortunately got a late start because of how you were brought up but that’s not your fault.

If you have the money for it, find a good coach, learn some conversational skills, learn your personal art of flirtation and whatever you do, don’t lean into over-sexualizing things especially when you’re in the discovery phase of getting to know someone.

You want to aim to be playfully witty.

And as for the confidence, it’s said you can fake confidence till it’s yours and I personally know that to be true.

Confidence means being you without fault or fear. Embrace yourself man and don’t be so hard on yourself. I’m 31/M you have a lot more time than you think.

Confidence means overcoming your fears and phobias. Whenever you come across something you know you need to get done and come up with every excuse in the book not to get it done, that's fear speaking to you. Let's take for example kissing. You go on dates and never make a move. You must make it your mission, that every date you go out on, you will make an attempt to kiss the girl even if it is unsuccessful, awkward, whatever. You must battle your phobias every single day. As you overcome more and more fears, you will start warding yourself wjth confidence. But you can't chicken out. No woman wants to mate wjth a coward who can't even make a move.

You need to make a move. You don't have to be smooth. If you do this, 90% of your problems disappear. When i'm "out" the only thing that's on my mind is how i sexualize the conversation and how i escalate physically.

There is no such thing as over-sexualizing, i bet you can't even say "you look amazing!"

You seem very ashamed of your sexuality, i bet you do everything in your power to hide that you are a sexual being. There is nothing to be ashamed of, sex is part of our life. Accept yourself!
