Not saying you shouldn't approach, but it can mess up your game if you are too edgy and impatient. On the other hand, if you jack off after every meal, you will be drained and unmotivated which is definitely worse.

Not clearing pipes will definitely strenghten your mental and reduce anxiety. You will simply care a lot less of petty thing like other person's opinion in comparison to unsatisfied and delayed urge.
