You had a window to make something happen and you didn’t. That’s not entirely your fault, I don’t think I could get hard if a woman I spent hours talking to told me she was once sexually assaulted. However, she was clearly into you and you didn’t escalate when you had the chance so I’m not sure you can salvage this.

Did her behaviour change once she got back from the trip? People don’t necessarily want to spend their time in social media while they’re travelling.
Leaving her on read sounds like a bad idea. Maybe just take a bit longer to answer and don’t act desperate in any way?

She was active on social media like every day during the time she didn't reply to me, posting stuff on her story and just generally had the "active now" label on her username. I don't know if her behavior changed when she got back because she replied before she got back. And her reply was the one I left on read. What are your thoughts?
