I ended the conversation right there and said I am not involved and I don't want to get involved so that I could get the fuck out of that as soon as possible and she shut up about it.

My gut is telling me her friend felt post-sex regret and is changing her mind because he wouldn't commit to her. I've known this dude for 3 years and I do not want to see this shit happen to him, but at the same time I don't want to fucking get involved at all. I fucked up and didn't tell my fwb to mind her own business because I was so in the moment of getting the fuck out of the conversation that it didn't come to me. Should I call my friend and tell him that basic thing that I heard? Should I just keep my mouth shut? The dude does not know how women work so I feel like me calling him wouldn't help but I feel like it might help him prepare in the event that shit goes down.
