I am in a similar position, but I wasn’t really friends with her to begin with. honestly I’d just ask her out. What she does after that will be telling. I asked a girl out from work who was giving me flirty vibes but she told me she had a boyfriend but she’s unhappy and working on leaving. And even recently she told me she likes me out of the blue. Told me she’s looking for a car/apartment. Idk what’s actually going on really but at least she knows I am interested now and ball is in her court if she wants to make the moves to dump the boy and pursue me. It’s worth a try? Idk I’d say ask her out let her know you’re interested and then back away too see if she makes herself available to you.

True story. A similar situation happened to me, I said I don’t like to Answer those type of personal questions. I still got accused accused of sexual harassment.
