Throw yourself at him. Its the only way something will happen. No offense to most men but most men are pussies these days when it comes to making a move. Even when they like a chick.
Do you know anything about his love life? (maybe some hidden girl outside of work that would be causing him to be iffy about making a move on you? I ask because most men of high value have a rotation of women they see behind the scenes).

Thanks for responding! So, we do talk about that kind of stuff and he’s very open about his dating life with me. Because we were so busy he hasn’t been seeing anyone, from what he has told me at least. I think that is true because he’s literally so HONEST about everything and usually keeps to himself. But I know his body count is higher, even for a man of his age.
“Throw yourself at him” I’ve thought about that a few times but never really had an opportunity. Just nervous about the career repercussions.

I know it comes at a shock but dudes like that dont really want a career woman. So, step carefully for your job definately. But for your career, if dating him stops you from moving up in the company, then so what. As ideally you would want to marry and settle down with him anyway, right?
Kinda hard to have a family when both the husband and wife are at CEO level.

Age is less important if the man is older. Biologically women have to get their shit together about a decade before men do, so your age gap really isn’t that big.
