I think what most people miss about seduction is that you can flirt with almost any girl without it being obvious to anyone, including the girl you're flirting with.

Now before you say, no but I want the girl to know I'm flirting! Seduction is about the way a man carries himself, strong eye contact, confident, fun/funny, strong male body language. Heck just by giving amazing eye contact a girl can instantly become attracted. You see Seduction is about carrying yourself in a way that is almost always sexy to women. No need to make obvious sexual undertones when you're already sexy.

I flirt with girls all the time, but all of it flies under the radar because people just think I'm being myself. I don't use controversial language at work that could get me fired, no need, I'm already getting girls attracted by the way I carry myself. It’s mostly friendly eye contact, keeping some conversation going by being interested in their life (but not so much that you come across as too obvious), you could try a light touch on the arm this definitely signals attraction but don’t do this too much leave them wanting more. Then when the time is right find a way to see them outside of work. But be careful if it doesn’t work out you’ll have to see them all the time.

Just to be super careful not to create any uncomfortable environment, I would invite them out in a way that doesn’t apply any pressure. After a nice conversation casually say “hey if you’d ever like to grab a coffee lemme know!”
