Right now I feel like I’m retrograding. I got a different job now and I went from a Labour based job to an office job. Hard to find ‘myself’ socially with the people there, whereas in my previous job I’ve had a few pretty close coworkers that I could joke about and actually have engaging conversations that weren’t generic and actually have some banter. My manager is very self centred - anything you try to say about yourself goes over his head and it’s a very one sided conversation. There’s only 5 of us in the team, and I am enjoying the job compared to my previous role, but I’m worried that I’ll socially decline to a fucking retard again (yes I used that word, hopefully you understand how my situation makes me feel better now).
