She’s only being nice, unfortunately. Nurses tend to be friendly because it’s their job to be sociable. The only way you can know for sure is to ask her out, that’s the quickest way to know and put your mind at rest bro. Trust me, pondering on what’s what will make talking to her more of a challenge, not to mention it’s not healthy for mental clarity.

Those may be some ioi's but you still have to test the waters to find out. I don't know how often you can get to talk to her, but getting to know her more and having some casual conversation, if possible, would be great. Also, at some point you may go on and try to get her number in order to meet outside the hospital, while being discrete of course
