Either how many women you interact with or your game. Probably the first one, the second one naturally develops with the first one.

What the other guy said. Just like when you started at the gym you probably made a lot of mistakes. You have to go out and do the same with women. Start asking girls out on dates. Dating takes practice for most people

If you'd like reading material to get a foundation of male female dynamic I'd suggest reading the rationale male, no more Mr nice guy and way of the superior man
