Identify what your gaps are, ask someone who overcame that before you, then practice. Someone might be born with it naturally which works to some extent, but true mastery with anything involves learning & practicing.

Same here. I got into two relationships with zero effort, but now that I'm older, girls expect of me to be proactive and do things myself. Just the way they expect guys to function.

So that's my advice really. Try things yourself,if you like a girl then say hi or something, don't worry too much - if you're an attractive guy, that's already half the battle

Just be better at flirting could make a huge difference also teasing like make fun of her in a light-hearted way and make phisical moves like moving her closer to you and hold her hand, kiss her whatever. If you adapt these you gonna be fine
